The bamboo Tahiti bar and the bamboo Tiki bar are two types of bamboo bars. They differ both in look and size. Both bamboo bars can sport three kinds of roof. You can pick from grass thatch, reed thatch or bamboo tile. Each bar has two doors that open to the rear of the counter, two rows of shelves for storing and a glass rack for hanging glasses placed above the counter.

In contrast, softwood takes ten to twenty years to mature. Bamboo used for bamboo Tiki bars is specially prepared to avoid splitting and/or attack by insects. This is done by drying and treating bamboo for six weeks.

The two shelves at the rear of the bamboo Tiki bar has more than 2,000 square inches of space, big enough for storing beverages, glassware, bar tending tools and stereo components.
